Ecogeoman simply cannot understand why any man would discriminate against women at work.: "Why would I want to go to work in a sausage fest every day?!"
I suppose the ends are more important than the means?

My husband doesn't get it either. He works for a female advisor, and constantly collaborates with female labmates. Well said, Ecogeoman :)
The women at Mr E Man's workplace are few and far between (he does construction carpentry in the movie industry). Luckily his Mum and two big sisters gave him a good solid grounding in equality, so it doesn't matter all that much!
Men with older sisters rock!
